Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026. This page is maintained by Creatable to answer common questions about using the app and its platform features.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Creatable (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Creatable is a studio dashboard for user-generated content creators. It helps you organize brand campaigns, track income, log deliverables, and estimate content performance. We are a software tool, not an employment agency, talent manager, payment processor, or tax advisor. You are responsible for the relationships and agreements you make with brands outside of Creatable.
3. Accounts and security
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and billing
Creatable is offered as a subscription service. New subscribers may pay $1 for the first month; after the introductory period, billing continues at $39.99 per month unless you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings. Payments are processed by our third-party billing partner (Paddle). We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, enter, or store in Creatable, such as campaign names, notes, posts, and income records. We do not claim rights to your content beyond what is needed to operate the Service for you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Creatable for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spam, fraud, malware distribution, or infringing on others’ intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Creatable name, logo, visual design, software, and underlying code are the property of Creatable. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or reproduce our platform without permission.
8. Termination
You may stop using Creatable and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal or operational risk for us or other users.
9. Limitation of liability
Creatable is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost income, missed deadlines, brand disputes, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Platform features are subject to the availability and reliability of third-party services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
